🔄 Refund & Return Policy – ShopVelora

At ShopVelora, we offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Please note, returns are accepted only if the item meets our return eligibility criteria below.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In unused and unworn condition

  • With original tags still attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Unboxing Video Required
All return, refund, or exchange requests must include a clear unboxing video. The video must capture the parcel being opened for the first time, with no cuts, edits, or pauses. Without this, we cannot process your request.


🛠️ Damages or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item was damaged or incorrect, it must still meet all return conditions, and be supported by a valid unboxing video. We’ll evaluate your claim and take appropriate action.

Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We'll notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit the amount.
